Summer specials
In the summer - weather permitting- De Kas serves lunch outside on the patio in the herb garden. On nice summer evenings, aperitifs may also be enjoyed outside, with dinner served inside afterwards.
Thanks to the bountiful harvest from the farmland this summer, De Kas will present an August menu with many different kinds of vegetables including tomatoes, artichokes, sweet peppers, eggplants, summer beets and basil along with delicious Frankenthaler grapes from the Beemster.
