Amsterdam

Our greenhouse in Amsterdam is used for cultivating herbs, edible flowers, and also for raising plants for our field in the Beemster. We not only grow in the garden itself but also indoors in the greenhouse. This allows us to harvest as fresh as possible watercress, celery, purslane, and other greens year-round.

Beemster

In the Beemster, 20 kilometers from Amsterdam, we have an additional hectare of land and greenhouse right in the heart of the polder to grow our herbs, vegetables, and fruits. The Beemster gives us the opportunity to plant the vegetables and herbs we've raised in Amsterdam out in the open. Tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini, runner beans, basil, Swiss chard, it provides us with endless inspiration for our menu every day.
